Welcome to the Bridge.
Waiting to beam you up.
Most technical leadership content today is written by “D.C.-styled Politicians”—people who use formulaic scripts to contour the truth for their own gain until the truth is unrecognizable.
Heart-A-Tech is different. This is the lab where we stop pretending and start building for everyone. We operate with integrity first, a slight twist of lemon, and a relentless sense of fun.
The 1-in-5 Reality
In my 25 years working across various roles and leadership teams, I’ve noticed a pattern. Out of every five leaders, only one is actually navigating the storm. The other four are just rearranging deck chairs while the iceberg sneaks up on the sleeping watchman.
We are about Tech, of course—but we are also about re-establishing the heart and order that inspires people. We are looking for those who want to be revered not for what they have, but for who they are, personally and professionally.
Our Pillars: Grit + Spirit
True personal honor comes from genuine sacrifice for others. As AI reshapes our world, we must reshape our thinking about what is truly important. To prep for this monumental shift, we’ve laid down two pillars:
The Grit: Humble, unvarnished discipline. We discuss the hard truths required to support the next human leap.
The Spirit: A “Star Trek” vision of heart and leadership. We need Captains who can look past “legacy conventions” and steer us toward a future history will remember as the turning of the tide.

When you join Heart-A-Tech, you’re moving away from the “dark dangers” of algorithmic feeds and into a private transmission.
From the Lab: Deep dives into culture and how it defines who we are. We’ll discuss how to deal with the “Vampires” lurking in your environment while respecting everyone’s journey and life choices.
From the Bridge: Strategic insights for leaders who want to be the “1-in-5” who actually deliver. You will soon see my new term for these rare leaders—the ones who inspired this entire exploration.
